SRI electronic invoicing

  • Electronic invoices from the sale

    With the invoicing module on, you can issue the SRI invoice when you close the sale: always, only if the customer has an ID, or ask every time. The document stays linked to the sale.

  • Credit notes and returns

    Reverse an authorized invoice with a credit note and record sale returns. Movements show the returns total and a label in the history.

  • Business VAT modes

    Set no VAT, 15% added at checkout, or 15% included in the price. The same calculation applies in POS, quotes, and SRI documents.

Online store, currency & design

  • New public catalog layouts

    Beyond classic: modern full-width grid (no gaps), borderless list, and categories with starred products under each category. Choose the layout in Storefront design.

  • Optional card borders

    In the Borders section you can show or hide card outlines, plus square, semi, or rounded corners.

  • Storefront-style product detail

    On desktop, a product opens in a wide modal: gallery with uncropped images on one side and the product sheet (price, qty, add) on the other.

  • Currency when creating a business

    Compact searchable picker. Default USD; also EUR, MXN, COP, PEN, CLP, ARS, BOB, BRL, CAD, GBP, and more. Reflected in POS and public storefront prices. Also editable in Settings.

Official WhatsApp (Meta) & receipts

  • WhatsApp receipt chatbot / messages

    Mi Negocio Listo uses Meta’s WhatsApp API so that, with the buyer’s consent, the business can send the purchase link or receipt to their phone. We only use the phone number and message data needed for that delivery; we do not sell or share that data with third parties unrelated to the service.

  • Meta access verification (technology provider)

    The company (Tinguar / Mi Negocio Listo) is verified with Meta as a technology provider / SaaS point-of-sale and inventory platform. Service site: minegociolisto.com.

  • My purchases portal per store

    Each business can share a link (/tienda/your-slug/mis-compras) so customers look up purchases with their ID plus a verification factor (phone, email, or last purchase total).

  • Filters, public detail & storefront design

    In My purchases, customers can filter by date and open the public receipt. Catalog headers use each business visual theme.

    The product started in 2023 as Tu Multi Negocio and evolved into Mi Negocio Listo: the same multi-store operations foundation, strengthened and modernized.

  • Online catalog and storefront

    Public store per business with customizable design, quote requests, and products tied to inventory.
